As a Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health, Alison has spent years researching the economic, social, and ethical dimensions of mental health services.
As an accredited therapist, Alison has witnessed firsthand the challenges and limitations of traditional therapy models. This experience fuelled their pursuit of a more streamlined approach, leading to the development of the “Self-Contained Therapy” model. Alison’s work emphasises the importance of immediate intervention, aligning with the modern world’s pace without compromising the quality of care.
