Six Week Course on Creative Art Journaling: Week 3 with Camilla Fellas Arnold and Emily Tuck

Welcome to Creative Art Journaling! Through this experiential course,we will embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and personal growth. The next six weeks will help you unleash the artist within you while breaking free from limiting beliefs and healing emotional wounds that hold you back from achieving your goals.

What can you expect from this course?

  • A carefully curated series of creative exercises guiding you on a path of artistic expression and introspection.
  • Creative activities that are easy to do for any skill level with minimal materials required.
  • Exercises to spark your creativity while helping you work towards achieving your goals and healing emotional baggage.
  • Skills, tools and techniques that you can use for the rest of your life and in your wider practice to help you develop your self-awareness, personal healing and become creatively inspired.
  • An opportunity to discover the profound and transformative nature of creative art journaling.

This course is designed as an experiential introduction into creative art journaling, providing you with easy and effective skills to help discover the profound impact of art journaling, while also providing you with tools that you can use in-session with clients if you are a helping professional.

This is an experiential 6 week course – please bring paper/sketchbook, pens and any other art materials you like to each session.

RECORDING 

This workshop will be recorded and you can use the ticket function to pre-purchase the recording before the event. This will be useful for colleagues who are not able to attend the event live and also for those who attend the event live and want to watch it again.

ZOOM 

This workshop will be hosted on the Zoom meeting platform where we will use our cameras and microphones to interact with each other as a group.

SELF-SELECT FEE

The self-select fee is a radical inclusion policy to open learning for all colleagues. The guide price for this event is £20.00, however, we appreciate that income varies greatly in different locations and circumstances. Please contribute what you can to help us maintain inclusive professional training.

Camilla Fellas Arnold

Camilla is the founder and CEO of Tecassia Publishing and the co-founder of Visionary Coaching Centre. She is an international bestselling author, poet, writing coach, creative wellbeing mentor and hybrid publisher. She has published books through her indie publishing imprint and provides writing coaching to help authors find their authentic voice. As a creative well-being mentor, Camilla combines creative and holistic practices like EFT with the Interconnectivity Coaching Approach to help creatives unlock their gifts and embrace creative flow. She holds an ILM Level 7 Diploma and is an EMCC UK Accredited Senior Practitioner, with over a decade of experience across creative industries.

Emily Tuck

Emily is the COO of Tecassia Publishing and co-founder of Visionary Coaching Centre. She believes all possibilities can be realised through embracing one’s authentic self. With 20 years of experience as a holistic practitioner, she expertly blends coaching with subconscious tools, bodywork, and vibrational techniques to treat the whole person. Emily works with individuals, couples, groups and companies committed to growth, knowing each person’s transformation has a ripple effect. She holds an ILM Level 7 Diploma and EMCC accreditation and is qualified in various holistic modalities including kinesiology, EFT, epigenetics, massage, and healing, helping clients unlock their potential by releasing limiting beliefs and patterns.
