A Course in Miracles is a channelled book which offers a radical view of the ego and how it creates the world we think we live in. Beyond that is our true nature which is love, but to get there means undoing all of our belief systems to which we cling. A miracle is simply a change of perception. Simple in principle, but not easy to put into practice as we are challenged to see everyone as innocent, including ourselves. Forgiveness is a key principle to undoing the power the ego seems to have with its judgments and certainty.
There is a saying Forgiveness is not for wimps. Nor is the philosophy of A Course in Miracles which really has forgiveness as one of its founding principles.
Robin Shohet has been studying the Course intermittedly for over thirty years and has recently committed to exploring it more in depth. He would love to share some of what he has learnt.
