Groups: How to Survive & Thrive the Group Experience Workshop with Malcolm Stern

Join Malcolm Stern in a dynamic workshop designed to enhance your group interaction skills, whether in therapy, work, or social settings. Learn strategies to navigate the complexities of group dynamics, and tools to foster a positive, productive group environment.

This workshop will provide insights into effective communication, conflict resolution, and the psychological aspects of group behaviors. Participants will engage in practical exercises and discussions to better understand and manage group interactions.

RECORDING

This workshop will be recorded and you can use the ticket function to pre-purchase the recording before the event. This will be useful for colleagues who are not able to attend the event live and also for those who attend the event live and want to watch it again.

ZOOM

This workshop will be hosted on the Zoom meeting platform where we will use our cameras and microphones to interact with each other as a group.

SELF-SELECT FEE

The self-select fee is a radical inclusion policy to open learning for all colleagues. The guide price for this event is £20.00, however, we appreciate that income varies greatly in different locations and circumstances. Malcolm Stern

Malcolm Stern has worked as a group and individual psychotherapist for more than 30 years. He was a co-founder of Alternatives at St James’s Church in London and runs groups internationally.

He is the author of Falling in Love / Staying in Love (Piatkus 2004) and Slay Your Dragons with Compassion ( Watkins 2020). He co-presented Channel 4’s relationship series, ‘Made for Each Other’ in 2003 and 2004 and sailed on the ‘Rainbow Warrior’ with Greenpeace in the 1980s. The book he is currently writing is an exploration of the shadow and its necessity in our evolutionary development.
