Archetypes are universal patterns that influence our emotions, desires, habits, and behaviour. While we can forge a personality, an archetype is something we “come in with”, something that expresses an essential part of our nature.

Knowledge of the archetypal realm can give us insight into unconscious behaviour patterns, plus a deeper understanding of the way we relate to one another.

Some archetypes are unique to us, while others are ones that we all share. Some become the lens through which we express our individual creativity, others allow us to meet and process our survival fears and early conditioning.

This is an interactive workshop so come with any questions you have from working with your own clients on this topic.
