About this event
Conversing with the Inner Saboteur
An Experiential Gestalt Workshop
We all have an inner dialogue — that voice inside which can be critical, challenging, and often stands in the way of what we truly want to connect with: a person, an activity, our joy, or simply our sense of relaxation.
In this experiential webinar, you will learn how to converse with the Saboteur and explore: How a Saboteur develops within the human experience
Its connection to Fear and Magician (archetypal energies)
The purpose of the Saboteur and how to re-contract that purpose
How the Saboteur first appears as an act of service
Its roots lie in trauma and develop as a protective adaptation.
How to work with the Saboteur in the therapy room — using a special kind of language
Gestalt Chair Work principles will guide the process, helping you engage with the Saboteur safely and creatively — even without two chairs.
What to bring:
Your Saboteur and an inquisitive mind.
