Dr Ruxandra Anghel
Dr Ruxandra Anghel is a London-based psychotherapist and lecturer exploring the lived experience of being human. Her work is grounded in the existential idea that meaning is shaped by our choices, relationships, and capacity for joy. She is particularly interested in how the experience of Joy of Living supports psychological depth and the courage to engage fully with life’s paradoxes. In her practice and teaching, she encourages a return to the simplicity and truth of being oneself, in the world, as it is. She sees therapy as a meeting of human beings in search of meaning, freedom, and truth.
