About this event

Gestalt Chair Work Workshop with Stefan Charidge

Uncovering the Power of Chair Work!

This unique experience will not be recorded, so secure your spot early to avoid missing out! If you have a discount code, don’t forget to apply it at checkout.

This invaluable resource serves as a refresher for newcomers and a helpful reminder for past attendees, covering the foundational concepts of my approach—essential for this topic and all of my events.

What to Expect: In this engaging webinar, we will delve into the transformative power of chair work, an innovative technique that allows us to explore our hidden selves—those parts that may have been suppressed or overlooked. Rooted in the historical field conditions of our formative years, this method is perfect for anyone interested in Gestalt therapy and experiential practices.

Chair work is not just a technique; it’s a pathway to change for individuals seeking therapy or counselling. By connecting with our core emotions, this approach fosters confidence and self-esteem, guiding both you and your clients toward meaningful transformation.

Throughout the session, we’ll illuminate the chair work process and provide a framework to help you better understand where your clients are in their journey. You’ll learn to address their unconscious needs and tackle unfinished business—those fixed gestalts and limiting beliefs that hold them back.

This webinar is designed to be experiential. Participants will have the opportunity to volunteer for personal exploration or present a client’s case, which may lead to dynamic two, three, or even four-chair work. While prior experience with two-chair work is beneficial, it’s not a prerequisite—everyone is welcome!

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand that Chair Work is fundamentally projection work.
  • Discover the importance of using suitable language to support this practice.
  • Learn how to invite clients into chair work without overwhelming them with explanations.
  • Explore the possibilities of conducting chair work over the phone.
  • Recognise that additional chairs are not needed to facilitate effective sessions.
  • Develop skills in listening for the unspoken and identifying what’s missing in the client’s narrative.

Don’t miss this chance to expand your knowledge and refine your skills in chair work. Reserve your place today for an insightful journey into the heart of Gestalt therapy!

The session will NOT be recorded for confidentiality reasons.

I am also available for supervision or a few private sessions, should you feel the need. You can email me via ******@***il.com” title=”https://ch******@***il.com” target=”_blank” data-msys-clicktrack=”0″ rel=”nofollow noopener noreferrer”>ch******@***il.com.
