About this event
Join us for a celebration of human existence in all its colour, creativity, and complexity. The Existential Movement Festival – Saturday 21st February invites us to explore what it means to live fully — to bring life into focus in ways that are both joyful and deeply real, without turning away from the shadow sides of being human.
Throughout the day, we will gather in community to experience music, meditation, theatre, movement, art, poetry, and philosophy — expressions of the many ways we can engage with existence creatively and meaningfully. Each space and performance will offer an opportunity to reflect, express, and connect with others who share a passion for understanding and celebrating life.
This festival is not about escape, but about embracing the fullness of living — the beauty and the struggle, the light and the dark — and transforming that awareness into wisdom, compassion, and joy.
Together, we will share our enthusiasm for building a better world, guided by the belief that creativity, reflection, and compassion can bring healing and hope. We will gather with all the wisdom, passion, enthusiasm, and love we can muster, to bring a little more humanity and heart to the world we share.
Expect:
- Live performances and participatory experiences
- Creative workshops blending art, philosophy, and therapy
- Opportunities for mindfulness, reflection, and community
- A vibrant, inclusive atmosphere filled with music, conversation, and inspiration
Come as you are — curious, creative, reflective — and take part in a festival that celebrates what it means to be human, together, on this earth.
