This workshop aims to start to answer that question, helping you go beyond the question ‘where do you feel that in your body?’ How can we help our clients and ourselves connect with the body in talking therapy and what impact can this have on the therapeutic process?

Presenter

I am a BACP Accredited practitioner and describe myself as a Humanistic, Embodied and Nature-informed therapist. I am a qualified Supervisor, Meditation teacher and Eco-therapist. I work in private practice and via EAP schemes. I am the Training Coordinator for the Institute of Embodied Psychotherapy and have previously taught counselling students up to qualification level.
