This presentation was recorded at the first International Conference of its kind for Supervisors and Coaches - in Russian, English and Chinese! We are brought together a global community in a shared learning space, focusing on the growth of ourselves as coaches, and as coaching supervisors. Coaching Supervision is one way we can commit to a regular, on-going reflective practice. Initiating and maintaining a reflective practice has the potential to significantly enhance coaching practice and the personal and professional growth of coaches.

My offering stems from wanting to make a difference and realising that together we make a more informed and greater contribution for the benefit of society and our world.
I love my work as a Relational Leadership Coach | Mentor and Coach Supervisor and founded Bluesky International in 2000 following a rewarding career in HR. I proudly support the quality standards of the EMCC as a designer, global provider and trainer of EMCC accredited coach | mentor and coach supervisor training programmes.
My doctoral research came from observing the importance of feedback and a wish to improve the negative perception some have of this activity. A book published 2020 informed by the study: Relational Feedback: Why Feedback Fails and How to Make It Meaningful showcased The Relational Leadership WAY© as a way of being creating relationships that encourage generative feedback conversations. A second book is in progress exploring culturally diverse feedback case studies.
Lise was President of EMCC Global 2011-2017 and currently EMCC Global Special Ambassador promoting professionalisation of evidence-based mentoring, coaching and supervision.
