This presentation was recorded at the first International Conference of its kind for Supervisors and Coaches - in Russian, English and Chinese! We are brought together a global community in a shared learning space, focusing on the growth of ourselves as coaches, and as coaching supervisors. Coaching Supervision is one way we can commit to a regular, on-going reflective practice. Initiating and maintaining a reflective practice has the potential to significantly enhance coaching practice and the personal and professional growth of coaches.

Maria is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, Supervisor, Mentor Coach, Team Coach, and Business Trainer. She has over 12 years of experience in coaching, assisting leaders, teams, and others to make the process of communication smooth and transparent; and more than 4 years she is accompanying coaches in their personal and professional growth.
As a Business trainer and facilitator, she creates customized training and coaching programs, for building efficient communication in teams, negotiations, stress- management and coaching skills at workplace.
Maria is passionate about the idea of being authentic in every relationship. Every conversation with her is an opportunity to learn more about true self. Maria’s focus is to co-create partnership based on trust and meaning.
