Workshop Details
This session will allow you to bring your questions, difficulties, dilemmas to explore experientially to raise awareness and gain new tools.
Options and ideas will be offered in an experiential way whilst working with whatever attendees are seeking. For example, this could involve working with anger, 2chair work, grief, anxiety, or low self-esteem/confidence and much more.
There will be time and an opportunity to explore in-depth, how to work with clients and your own process, with the use of some of different tools offered in other trainings.
You will learn how to ask questions in a different way, to support clients in unfolding and sharing more of their vulnerability/intimacy (IN-TO-ME-SEE).
This session will be driven by attendees wants, interests and whatever becomes figural in the moment – in the here and now.

Stefan Charidge aka ‘The Metaphor Man’ . Stefan is an internationally recognised facilitator and trainer and has been in private practice for over twenty years. Delivering trainings on various topics including Anger Management, Gestalt Therapy, Archetypes and Psychodrama, within many environments and online. He is an accredited psychotherapist and counselling and qualified supervisor, with a unique blend of Gestalt and Jungian therapy.
I am available for individual work, groups and Supervision (Ind or Group) as well as live workshops.
