During this one-hour session, creative therapist Stephen McCabe will speak about the therapeutic power of stories, movies, and – in particular – the classic 1939 film The Wizard of Oz. He will guide you through a beautiful visualisation-meditation to Oz, where you will find something enchanting to help guide you through life. There will also be another gentle therapeutic activity, inspired by the movie.
This session is offered as a taster for the full 7-week series ‘Journey to Oz: A Therapeutic Course’ which runs from 30th October – 18th December 2025. Visit Stephen's website (nearer down the page) to book a limited place on this unique course. This event is, however, open to everyone with no obligation to do the full programme. You can pay anything you like to attend this taster workshop, making it deliberately accessible for all.
