In this workshop you’ll learn key theories and techniques used in Psychosynthesis, the first comprehensive Transpersonal Psychology developed by the psychiatrist Roberto Assagioli, a student of both Freud and Jung, who went on to develop his own psychotherapeutic approach based upon the understanding that we are all souls trying to express ourselves in this world through our personalities, and whose goal is not only individual healing, creative expression and development, but also Self-Realisation.
After looking at the Psychosynthesis model of the Self and the ways in which parts of ourselves, known as subpersonalities, function, you will be able to experience a psychosynthesis exercise for yourself, to get a sense of how effective this modality can be.
