Come on a journey with two women, Dr Esther Cole and Sue Booth, who have faced life-threatening health challenges. These challenges have taken them to great depths of discovery, leading them to help themselves, and thousands of people, manage their own health and mental health issues better.
Discover the hidden health metric that they wished they’d known sooner, and that everyone should be aware of!
Sue Booth aka the “Heart Health Hacker” has lived a drug free lifestyle since 2019, after traumatically suffering a heart attack in 2017, on the anniversary of her father’s death on her grandson’s 5th birthday. When she tested herself, she discovered after 34 years and spending £22k omega 3 supplements, that her body had not been absorbing it.
Dr Esther Cole, Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Founder of Lifespan Psychology - The Diverse Practice®, met Sue Booth over LinkedIn in 2024, after a catalogue of ill-health and declining kidney function which plagued her thirties.
The world is getting sicker and most people aren’t aware of the importance essential fatty acids in their diet. We can’t produce it naturally, and our Western diet lacks omega 3's. The UK diet alone contains on average 57% ultra processed foods - the 2nd highest consumption in the world. Western food therefore contains more inflammatory omega 6’s.
Over 1.4 million people have been tested by Vitas independent laboratory, and 97% of people tested for their omega 6:3 ratio are out of balance and are an average of 15:1, which leads to chronic inflammation. Discover the magic health numbers that reduce chronic inflammation and lead to better health!
Learning Objective Participants Can Expect From This Event
- To use multi-media: videos, podcast clips and scientific research to help others understand a major source of chronic inflammation.
- To understand how a simple dry blood spot test for adults and children can help you find out if your body is in a state of chronic inflammation.
- By understanding the relevance of having the correct ratios of Omega 6 and 3, and how this can impact our cellular health, cognition, immunity, heart health, mental health and overall well-being.
Who is This Workshop Appropriate For?
- Adults, parents and every person on the planet - Vitas Laboratory in Oslo, Norway, have tested over 1.4 million people around the world and results show that 97% of people are out of the optimal balance.
