During this global pandemic, many of us face significant challenges, not just at a practical level but also at a psychological and emotional level.
Perhaps one of the biggest challenges we face is, when something is so far removed from our previous experience of life, how do we make sense of it and come to terms with it.
In this workshop we will be looking at constructivism - our ability to make sense of our experience. We will go on to exploring how ideas such as Script and Frames of Reference from Transactional Analysis can help us in understanding how we and others approach the current crisis.
